We source investment properties between $200k and $450k that are priced below bank valuation — so you walk into equity from settlement day.
Due Diligence
We conduct thorough due diligence — building and pest inspections, rental appraisals, market analysis, and valuation reviews — so you buy with confidence.
Settlement
We coordinate with your solicitor and broker through to settlement. Remainder of our fee is due before settlement, with the option to delay until refinance.
Refinance & Go Again
Once settled, refinance to pull out your deposit plus new equity. Park buffers in your offset account for carry costs, then deploy the remaining capital into your next 2-3 properties.
